Racer

Racer is a free and open car simulation project, created by Ruud van Gaal, attempting to use real car and vehicle physics to get a life-like feeling. Cars, tracks, scenes and such can be created for it, with relative simplicity.

While Racer's file formats are open, (which makes it easy to create content for) Racer itself is not open source.
