May 13, 2008 - Reggid released a version 1.0 of his Announcer Mod for Racer, a mod that changes the 3 2 1 GO start sequence horn sound with a voice. He released it in several voice styles. More info in the mod section.

May 8, 2008 - Ruud van Gaal's Racer site went down on May 5 and now today it is back up and working again. Ruud didn't explain why the site went down though.
