READ THIS FIRST! - I do not respond to car or track requests because I can't do them. It takes me several months to make a car, even longer to do a track, so I only do cars that I like, and I never take requests, even for cars I like. If you want a car made, there are several good car editing tutorials in the tutorial sections on this webpage.
Also, I don't have time to solve problems you may have with cars or tracks. Most problems with cars are serial number conflicts, which are explained in the NFSHS tutorials section.
